The Lightfoot Centre has a long and positive relationship with residents in the east of Newcastle, and the addition of an Impulse Fitness suite at this site has only reinforced that strong relationship.
The gym offers a great range of both cardiovascular and strength equipment from market leaders Life Fitness and users can can also access a variety of fitness classes.
Inductions are available at various times throughout the week and at weekends. Please pre-book at Reception.
