Gosforth Pool, located in the heart of The Regent Centre provides the North of Newcastle with the finest swimming and fitness suite facilities. The Impulse Fitness Suite at Gosforth Pool is a state of the art training facility with an exceptional team of instructors offering a warm welcome and expert guidance for all ability levels.
In the Pool there are a range of swimming sessions and classes available including Aquafit, Women Only sessions, Life-saving classes and Octopush (underwater hockey). You can also relax in the sauna suite with sessions for men, women, or families.
