A low impact group exercise class perfect for the beginner and experienced trainer. Our instructors employ a variety of exercise techniques and equipment to ensure a fresh challenge every time you enter the studio.
We have classes available:
- Monday 12:15pm - 12:45pm (Body Tone)
- Tuesday 5:15pm - 6:00pm (Body Tone)
- Thursday 12:15pm - 12:45pm, 6:00pm - 6:45pm (Body Tone)
- Saturday 12noon - 1:00pm (Body Tone)
- Sunday 12noon - 1:00pm (Tone and Stretch)
