Visit Newcastle's fantastic new City Library!
You'll find everything you'd expect at the North East's largest regional library…fiction, music and movies, computers and internet, local studies, and plenty for children and young people. As well as books in abundance, the airy six-storey building contains a spacious marble-floored atrium, a fabulous viewing platform, 185 seat performance space, a comfortable café and a flexible exhibition space. The City Library is just two minutes from Monument Metro and it's open seven days a week.
